Always use Ceylon cinnamon for daily use cassia cinnamon contains higher coumarin levels not suited for everyday consumption.
Do not skip the black pepper. Piperine increases curcumin absorption by up to 2,000 percent.
Pair with a fat source such as coconut milk, oat milk, or full-fat yogurt for better curcumin absorption.
Consult your doctor before daily use if you take blood thinners or have digestive conditions.
